          Subject: Election of our Association (SAWA)

 

Dear sir,

         

          As is required under rules, we are pleased to enclose the following documents for your records.

 

  1. Schedule of Election of our Association (Sushant Arcade Welfare Association).
  2. Nomination form which will be made available to candidate who wish to contest the election to any post in the memorandum of Association.
  3. Updated list of members of Association.

 

We also request to nominate an officer from your department to join us on 10.08.2025 (Sunday at 10:00 am) to be an observer in our election of the Association.

 

 

Kindly also arrange for police protection and video recording during our election process.
